Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) seeks a senior leader for Operational Risk & Resilience (ORR) to shape enterprise risk management across non-financial risks and regulatory expectations. You will partner with Risk, Technology, Compliance, Internal Audit and Legal to mature risk governance and decision-making.

You will own and evolve ORR frameworks (RCSA, issues management, controls) and drive data-driven risk insights to senior management and external regulators.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, or related risk disciplines at a large financial services firm.
• Experience owning or contributing to enterprise risk frameworks (RCSA, governance, reporting).
• Ability to translate qualitative risk concepts into practical, repeatable practices.
• Experience with senior management, regulators, and board communications.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction on enterprise and operational risk management to oversight of non-financial risks.
• Own and evolve ORR frameworks, policies, standards and procedures.
• Evaluate PRC framework and lead enhancements across standards, taxonomy, assessment, and governance.
• Lead evolution of the enterprise RCSA framework with quantitative metrics.
• Establish and maintain a robust risk and governance framework across business areas and control functions.
• Partner with Risk, Technology, Compliance, Internal Audit, Legal, Finance to strengthen enterprise risk practices.
• Respond to regulatory requests, exams, and audits; ensure policies align with regulatory expectations.
• Present risk metrics and framework enhancements to senior management, risk committees and regulators.
• Advance a long-term strategy for the ORR team aligned with DTCC’s vision and measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve framework effectiveness, reporting quality, and enterprise adoption.
• Influence stakeholders through presentations and cross-functional engagement; drive accountability.
• Demonstrate sound judgment in evolving regulatory expectations and technology risks.
• Foster a culture of communication, trust, diversity, and employee growth.
• Lead a dedicated team with talent, resources, and location strategies.
