Kelly Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Risk and Insurance to support data integrity, financial reporting, and controls related to unemployment and workers' compensation claims.

The role administers Origami RMIS, codes in XML/SQL/HTML/JavaScript, and collaborates with internal and external customers under the Sr. Director, Risk Intelligence. The position emphasizes reporting frameworks, data analytics, and control testing with cross-functional interactions across WC, safety, and payroll

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Risk Management, Business, or a related field or 5+ years of RMIS administration/risk operations experience.
• Proficiency in XML, SQL, HTML, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Workers' Compensation programs.
• Experience with RMIS platforms (Origami Risk or comparable).
• Database querying and report building across multiple functions; ability to design reporting frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Manage Financial Reporting, Controls & SOX compliance for Workers' Compensation.
• Coordinate internal and external key control testing and process reviews.
• Administer Origami RMIS and handle case intake portal and vendor relations.
• Design and manage reporting frameworks and standardised reports across functions.
