Job summary

Origami Risk is seeking a Business Analyst to lead elicitation and documentation of requirements for software implementations, owning them through the project lifecycle. This role may support pre-sales engagements and expanded sales opportunities.

The position offers a starting base pay of $92,000 to $115,000, with eligibility for a bonus and comprehensive benefits. Hybrid work options and 401(k) with company match are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or business-related field.
• 5+ years of P&C insurance industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience guiding software implementation delivery teams.
• Strong ownership and exceptional communication skills.
• Experience with requirements elicitation and management.
• Ability to work across pre-sales, product, development and operations.

Responsibilities

• Identifies detailed requirements scope with stakeholder analysis.
• Defines requirements management plan with client alignment.
• Partners with architects and technical consultants early in projects.
• Analyzes business requirements for gaps and process impacts.
• Elicits and documents client requirements using Origami tools.
• Facilitates requirements discussions with stakeholders.
• Owns requirements through the project lifecycle.
• Assists with pre-sales engagements and subject-matter expertise.
