Job summary

You will assess critical business issues, craft organization development and strategic plans, and lead reengineering or reorganizations; advising on team design, performance, and leadership coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; equivalent combinations allowed.
• Experience designing leadership development programs and needs assessments.
• Familiarity with ADDIE or other instructional design models.
• Ability to design experiential learning (case studies, scenarios, role plays).
• Capability to create job aids, leader guides, coaching tools, and on-the-job learning materials.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter or similar).
• Proven skills in leadership development concepts such as emotional intelligence, coaching, feedback, conflict management, and team development.
• Experience creating executive-ready materials and professional presentations.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong visual storytelling.
• Experience with an LMS and objective-based learning for adults.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements development training programs to enhance managers and teams, boosting productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Assesses critical business issues and designs organization development and strategic plans to improve performance.
• Facilitates design and implementation of reengineering or reorganization efforts; advises on team design and performance.
• Provides development, coaching and training to managers on leadership skills.
