Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Master’s Degree and 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalent qualifications as listed (NNPS, NNS Apprentice School, etc.).
• Experience with Navy customer, trades management and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Provides direction and guidance for a team supporting an RCOH Execution contract and optimizes budgets, schedules, and manning.
• Ensures deliverables meet specifications, contractual obligations, and good shipbuilding practices.
• Interacts with Navy customer, trades management and subcontractors to align expectations.
