Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Principal Business Architect to deliver internal consulting and change leadership at the enterprise level. This role connects business strategy to capabilities across people, processes, technology, and information.

You will interact with senior leaders, facilitate decision workshops, and advise on complex business problems while driving data-driven planning and planning processes in a Hybrid-Flex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree is required for the role.
• 8+ years of experience in related field are required; in lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal consulting services and change leadership to enhance enterprise effectiveness.
• Link business strategy to capabilities across people, process, technology, and information.
• Assist senior leaders with large, complex or ambiguous business problems and drive improvements.
• Facilitate decision making and planning workshops with senior leaders from multiple departments.
• Provide consulting on complex business problems and advise on low-risk/high-value alternatives.
• Apply business management tools (e.g., SWOT, 5 Forces, Scenario Planning) to drive data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to development of enterprise business architecture models and roadmaps.
• Develop enterprise planning processes and influence senior leaders in planning disciplines.
