Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience with organizational-development strategies, conducting organizational assessments, effectiveness, employee engagement, and change-management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates special programs and projects to positively affect organizational culture and enhances organizational development offerings.
• Supports the talent review and succession planning process, including coordinating enterprise-wide strategy, schedule, and system enhancement processes.
• Identifies key organizational needs by developing trusted relationships with leaders across the enterprise and co-creates solutions and approaches to help address gaps.
• Reviews key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and to identify areas for improvement.
• Designs and conducts assessments to identify organizational strengths, areas for improvement, and talent gaps using tools such as surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
• Assesses organizational structures, processes, and workflows to optimize efficiency, collaboration, and agility, recommending changes as needed to align with strategic objectives.
