• Manage one or more large, long‑term HR projects with accountability for costs, methods and outcomes.
• Develop business plans, objectives and initiatives for the HR organization.
• Provide inputs to organizational objectives and policies and ensure delivery of results.
• Engage regularly with senior management as a key consultant on critical business issues.
• Lead HR projects and coordinate cross‑functional HR teams and vendors.
• Lead change management efforts for HR projects, creating communications for employees and stakeholders.
