Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Senior Advisor, Office of the CEO to support the President and CEO and other senior executives. The role focuses on advancing strategic priorities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and providing analytical and advisory support for day-to-day activities.

The position reports to the Chief of Staff and involves managing senior-leader meetings, developing executive materials, and reviewing board materials for committees.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in business operations analysis.
• Experience supporting executive leadership, strategy, consulting, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Drives analytical support for enterprise data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Acts as a key consultant to stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations.
• Creates dashboards to track KPIs and support portfolio operations.
• Evaluates processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Performs analyses of operational risk and communicates mitigations to leadership.
• Meets with stakeholders to identify requirements and provide updates.
• Develops business plan scenarios addressing financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Collaborates with planning and performance teams to meet strategic objectives.
• Mentors newly hired analysts and ensures knowledge transfer.
• Ensures processes align with rules, laws and industry standards to mitigate risk.
• Protects sensitive data and maintains high standards of conduct and integrity.
