Job summary

Commenda is seeking an exceptional SEO leader to own organic growth across our platform. You’ll decide what to publish, get it written, track progress, incorporate feedback, and optimize the process end to end. You’ll ship changes with Claude Code or Codex, coordinate with writers and legal/tax experts, and measure impact on pipeline and revenue.

Role is in person in Seattle or Bangalore; you must thrive in a fast-moving environment and own results, not just tickets.

Qualifications

• End-to-end SEO ownership across a multi-market platform.
• Technical depth to diagnose and fix issues at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own Technical SEO: site architecture, crawl efficiency, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, hreflang.
• Programmatic and international SEO: country/topic matrices, templates, quality bar for pages.
• AEO: manage AI/citation presence in AI answers.
• SEO engine: roadmap, briefs, system for content production with writers and experts.
• Authority: digital PR and data-led assets.
• Measurement: report on pipeline and revenue, not rankings.
