Job summary

Finix seeks a Senior Organic Growth Manager to own sustainable, compounding non-paid growth. You will plan, write, publish, and optimize content; treat SEO, AEO, and GEO as one channel and own the full funnel from visibility to revenue. You’ll write the content yourself, automate where possible, and report directly to senior leadership in San Francisco.

This builder role rewards experimentation with a high-visibility path to influence revenue through organic channels and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO/organic search or content-led growth for a B2B or SaaS company with ownership of traffic-to-revenue outcomes.
• Generative AI/answer engines knowledge and point of view on influencing it.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Comfort with technical SEO fundamentals and scripting/spreadsheet fluency to automate reporting.
• Data-driven decisions supported by numbers, not gut feel.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Understand how Finix and competitors appear across Google and AI assistants and why.
• Identify high-value queries in fintech/payments and fix visibility gaps.
• Shape what information about Finix online search and AI engines trust.
• Research, write, and publish content (blogs, guides, pages) to win queries.
• Source technical detail and proof points from product experts for credibility.
• Create customer stories and testimonials to support organic content.
