Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Production Planner for Express and Bonobos at the Columbus Corporate Headquarters. You will coordinate the production strategy from product development to supplier allocation and delivery.

You will negotiate cost and lead time with factories, manage development samples and calendars, and partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and drive department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing or sourcing, ideally apparel retail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual sourcing strategy with internal and external partners.
• Support design in product development and ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Allocate, order, and manage development samples for each season.
• Drive cost optimization through fabric and garment negotiations.
• Manage calendars and lifecycle of product development with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with factories, mills, and suppliers on capacity planning.
• Identify and solve issues across the production lifecycle.
