Job summary

Körber in Irving, TX, is seeking a Senior Billing & Collections Analyst responsible for end-to-end order-to-cash across project and service portfolios. You will optimize invoicing, collections, cash application, and receivables governance while partnering with Project Controlling, Operations, and Treasury to improve working capital.

The role requires deep SAP FI/AR and SD Billing knowledge, strong Excel skills, and the ability to drive process improvements in a global, multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; 10+ years in AR, billing, collections, or O2C operations.
• Advanced knowledge of end-to-end O2C processes in project-based or industrial environments; strong system and data governance experience.
• Proficiency in SAP FI/AR and SD Billing; familiarity with SAP PS/CO and project billing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order-to-cash cycle for projects and service contracts, including billing, AR, collections, cash application, and credit management.
• Lead development and governance of billing processes, controls, and escalation paths for a scalable receivables environment.
• Drive invoicing objectives, manage pipelines, forecast activity, and resolve upstream issues with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain data integrity across systems, validate data, and resolve discrepancies in customer, contract, and billing records.
• Manage customer portfolios, negotiate payments, monitor aging, and lead credit and receivables risk management.
• Develop forecasts and analytics on billing performance, cash flow, aging exposure, and KPIs for leadership.
