Job summary

Dragos is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Order Operations Business Partner to own the quote-to-cash process, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Legal on Salesforce CPQ quotes and approvals. This remote-first role supports cross-functional workflows across North America and beyond.

You will own quote creation, pricing governance, and renewal management in Salesforce CPQ, validate contracts, and ensure clean handoffs to Revenue Operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Deal Desk, Order Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, and Clari.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
