Job summary

Dragos is seeking a dynamic Senior Order Operations Business Partner to lead end-to-end quote-to-cash in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to manage pricing, discounts, and contract governance, ensuring clean handoffs to Revenue Operations.

You will own CPQ quotes, validate renewals, and help optimize processes that impact growth, revenue integrity, and customer experience in a remote-first team across North America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Deal Desk, Order Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Clari, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Understanding of renewal management and revenue recognition principles.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication across stakeholders and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Interpret pricing and governance policies for nonstandard deals and advise on solutions.
• Own quote creation in Salesforce CPQ with accurate product configuration and pricing.
• Manage discounting and governance; log all approvals in Salesforce.
• Support renewal quotes in CPQ, track ARR, term dates, and uplift/discounts.
• Assist with co-terming, upsells, and partial renewals.
• Flag churn risks and coordinate with Sales and Customer Success.
• Ensure data integrity across Opportunity, Quote, Order, and Contract.
• Oversee Salesforce to NetSuite handoff and audit readiness for Billing/RevOps.
