Job summary

DLA Careers is seeking a Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst to lead a team handling Order Fulfillment support within Enterprise Business Support (EBS) and SAP interfaces. The role emphasizes policy implementation, change management, and end-user support across Order Management systems.

You will develop reports and briefings for senior management while guiding performance metrics and process improvements in a federal environment within the Defense Logistics Agency.

Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position.
• To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector.
• Creditable specialized experience includes: Managing ordering processes and their interrelationship with other process areas within Enterprise Business Support (EBS).
• Coordinating and implementing actions involving requirements determination or problem resolution.
• Utilizing, analyzing, developing, documenting, and evaluating complex functional system requirements.
• Identifying required system changes resulting from new processes, procedures or policy requirements.
• Analyzing the long-range impact of approved system changes and determining whether those system changes meet user requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, plans, and directs the work of branch BPAs relating to local and Enterprise system support for Order Fulfillment.
• Reviews and implements Order Management Policy and Procedures.
• Provides end-user support for EBS Order management systems and their SAP interfaces.
• Oversees initiation, prioritization and implementation of Order Management System Change Requests and Service Tickets.
• Generates written reports, studies and briefings for Senior Management on Order Management issues.
• Assists Enterprise management in developing and measuring Order Management metrics.
