Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for industrial customers on DLA and non-DLA items and ensure timely processing of orders and access to product, account and order information.
• Monitor backorder status and assist in resolving actions not meeting customer requirements.
• Investigate and release sales orders to maintain flow through automated systems.
• Apply DLA expedite policy to speed actions within supply chains.
• Coordinate research and tracking of stock transfer orders to resolve backorders or expedite delinquent contracts.
• Coordinate with service reps to identify alternate supply sources and respond to customer requests.
