Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. in Plano, Texas, seeks an experienced Order Management and Fulfillment leader to own the full lifecycle for a defined portfolio of accounts.

You will ensure orders comply with policies and master agreements, manage entry through billing, resolve escalations, and drive improvements with internal teams and customers.

7+ years in order management, SAP ERP, EDI, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related Business Field.
• 7+ years in Order Management and Operations.
• ERP experience; SAP preferred.
• EDI experience in order processing.
• Advanced MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, Gemini).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management and fulfillment for assigned accounts.
• Ensure orders comply with Samsung policies and master purchase agreements.
• Manage order entry through billing to prevent errors affecting billing.
• Resolve order-related issues and escalations across systems and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to improve processes.
• Lead integrations and testing for EDI, SPACE and other interfaces.
• Keep leadership informed on daily operations and escalations.
