Job summary

Medallia in McLean, VA, is seeking a Senior Order Management Analyst to join its Accounting team. You will set up and process Sales Orders, Subscriptions, and Projects in NetSuite and Salesforce, and serve as the Order Management SME across Deal Desk, Revenue, and Collections.

The role requires 3+ years in order management, billing, or revenue operations, plus NetSuite and Salesforce experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of order management, billing, and/or revenue operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• 2+ years of Excel experience including Vlookups, pivot tables and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Set up and process Sales Orders and Professional Services Projects in NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Review Sales Orders and Subscriptions for accuracy and revenue recognition.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Order Management and assist with escalations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Deals Desk, and Collections to ensure accurate billing.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and support dashboard reporting.
