Job summary

Uber seeks a Senior Application Developer to be the ORC system expert in a highly integrated, enterprise-scale environment. You will design, implement, and optimize ORC configurations while considering upstream/downstream data flow.

You will partner with Product Managers and business teams to scope, design, and deliver robust, scalable HR tech solutions globally, balancing architecture and execution with data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) experience.
• 2+ years partnering with Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR.
• Proven full lifecycle development experience in a heavily integrated environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for multi-platform issues.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority for ORC design and architecture.
• Implement, deploy, and optimize ORC configurations and features.
• Lead end-to-end HR tech initiatives with stakeholders.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR leadership to deliver compliant global solutions.
