Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT consulting experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle Recruiting Cloud functional consulting.
• Experience leading client workshops and requirements elicitation.
• Certified in ORC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult on HCM Cloud engagements including ORC modules implementations.
• Lead discovery workshops to define business requirements.
• Identify gaps between delivered functionality and client needs.
• Design, test, and deploy HCM Cloud configurations.
• Document application setups and support multiple clients.
• Coordinate with project teams in onsite/offshore model.
