Job summary

Uber is seeking a People Systems Product Manager for the Talent Acquisition team to drive the strategy and roadmap for the TA ecosystem, including Oracle ORC, Beamery, and custom homegrown tools. You will lead post-go-live stabilization and then drive long-term enhancements to attract and hire global talent.

The role requires experience with integrated ecosystems, writing PRDs, backlog management, and strong stakeholder collaboration in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of delivering innovative technology products from conception to launch.
• Experience supporting heavily integrated product ecosystems, with enterprise SaaS and custom homegrown tech.
• Hands-on experience writing detailed PRDs, managing backlogs, and stabilizing systems during triage and optimization phases.
• Strong user-centric perspective with data-driven prioritization decisions.
• Experience managing stakeholders in a complex operating organization, providing clarity amid ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategy & Roadmap: co-create long-term tech strategy and product roadmap for TA ecosystem.
• Manage the Product Lifecycle: oversee post-launch triage and stabilization of Oracle ORC and evolve to a continuous delivery model.
• Elevate the Experience: create best-in-class experiences for external candidates and internal recruiters across the tech stack.
• Own the Product Execution: engage in backlog management, triage, and writing PRDs/user stories with cross-functional teams.
• Balance & Prioritize: resolve blockers and trade-offs between schedules, performance, and cost to hit ROI.
• Influence & Align: define business-critical metrics and align stakeholders for global operational excellence
