Job summary

Uber is seeking a People Systems Product Manager for the Talent Acquisition team to drive the strategy and roadmap for our TA ecosystem. You will oversee post-go-live stabilization of Oracle ORC and other tools, then push for long-term enhancements across a heavily integrated tech stack.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX researchers to write PRDs, manage backlogs, and deliver intuitive experiences for both recruiters and candidates worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience delivering innovative technology products.
• Experience supporting heavily integrated product ecosystems (enterprise SaaS and custom tools).
• Hands-on PRD writing, backlog management, and stabilization phases.
• Empathetic user perspective with data-driven prioritization.
• Experience coordinating with complex stakeholders to create clarity.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and roadmap with Talent Acquisition to deliver global solutions.
• Manage post-launch triage and stabilization of Oracle ORC and ecosystem features.
• Shape intuitive experiences for external candidates and internal recruiters.
• Own backlog management, issue triage, and crisp PRDs/user stories.
• Balance schedules, performance, and cost; resolve blockers to hit ROI.
