EY’s Oracle Services Technology practice is seeking a Senior Manager to translate business requirements into technical specifications and to design effective system architecture solutions. You will interact with stakeholders, validate solutions, and lead delivery across complex initiatives.

You will manage delivery, oversee engagements, and mentor teams while driving quality, risk management, and successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant Oracle Finance experience.
• Experience leading large transformation projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Support pursuit and proposal activities.
• Oversee program management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
