Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development within the Oracle Services practice to lead delivery of large, complex implementations across the U.S. This role emphasizes guiding teams, ensuring quality, and coordinating with client stakeholders through all project phases.

You will work with Oracle SaaS and PaaS, coordinate delivery across multi-vendor environments, and travel as required. EY offers a hybrid model and a path for growth in a diverse, global firm.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree required with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 2–3 full cycle implementations of Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud and 3–4 Oracle EBS implementations.
• Hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP.
• Proven integration tools and technologies to architect and build integrations with Oracle Cloud Applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions and projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage regularly with external clients, lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Travel may be required up to 60–80% of schedule.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure successful task completion.
