Job summary

EY’s Oracle Services practice is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of complex projects, ensuring quality and risk management. You’ll guide teams, interact with external clients, and drive workstreams from planning through execution, with travel as needed.

You’ll apply architecture, data integration, and Oracle Cloud experience to enable supply chain and finance processes, while mentoring staff and expanding client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree required with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SCM/Finance ERP implementations and Oracle Cloud/ERP Cloud.
• Hands-on integration and architecture design across multi-vendor landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex processes, solutions and projects with quality/risk focus.
• Engage with external clients, guide workstreams from planning to closure.
• Travel 60–80% as needed and supervise technology professionals.
