Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Oracle Services to lead complex, full lifecycle initiatives and interact with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs. You will design system architectures and manage delivery across finance, supply chain, and HCM integrations.

You’ll guide analysts and managers, oversee budgets, and drive SaaS implementations while maintaining risk management and quality standards. EY offers a hybrid model and competitive compensation in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, 5–7 years of relevant experience with Oracle Finance modules as a solution architect, leading engagements and pursuing opportunities.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials end-to-end and integration with SCM, HCM, and EPM.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with both internal and external teams as a leader and individual contributor.
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
