Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Manager in Application Design and Development to lead the delivery of complex Oracle-based implementations across SCM and Finance domains. You will guide projects from planning through execution, collaborate with clients, and manage risks and quality across multi-vendor landscapes.

You will interact with senior technology and business leaders, drive architecture decisions, and mentor teams while traveling up to 60–80% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• A 4-year bachelor’s degree is required, with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• 4-6 years SCM/Finance implementations experience as Technical Lead or Enterprise Integration lead, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• 2-3 full cycle Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud and 3-4 Oracle EBS implementations focusing on OM, Pricing, Inventory, PIM, Procurement, Manufacturing.
• 2-3 years hands-on with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP.
• Proven experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi for Oracle Cloud integrations.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% of a work schedule.

• Engage with external clients and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Travel may be required as needed by external clients.
• Develop solutions to complex problems and establish effective procedures.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure successful task completion.
• Architect technology solutions focusing on data flow, data migration and data integration across multi-vendor landscapes.
