Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Oracle Services to drive delivery, interact with business stakeholders, and translate requirements into technical solutions within a high-impact Oracle practice. You will oversee complex engagements, lead teams, and ensure value-driven outcomes across finance, supply chain, and HR integrations.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, shape architecture, manage budgets, and mentor consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of Oracle finance module experience leading engagements.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Financials end-to-end and integration with SCM, HCM, and EPM.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites ~60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Lead and support pursuit and proposal activity.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
