Apex IT is a global consulting firm delivering Oracle Cloud HCM expertise across the US. We seek a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant (Benefits Lead) to lead client engagements as the HCM workstream lead, focusing on Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Recruiting and Talent.

You will configure Oracle Cloud HCM to meet client requirements, mentor junior consultants, and drive successful implementations in diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading HCM implementations across global projects.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM: Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor.
• Strong client facing and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements as the HCM workstream lead.
