Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Oracle Procurement Systems Lead to drive large-scale procurement analytics, implement enhancements, and mentor the team across Source to Pay.

You will own Oracle Purchasing and Expenses configurations, manage integrations (TYSYS, Fairmarkit, Sirion, Beeline), coordinate testing cycles, and partner with Sourcing, AP, Finance, and Supplier Management.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience supporting Oracle Purchasing and Expenses / Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.
• Expertise in procurement operations, system configuration, workflow design, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Source to Pay processes including requisitioning, PO management, supplier enablement, and catalog governance.
• Experience with system optimization, testing cycles, integrations, and change management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage large business systems analysis projects.
• Provide mentorship to the team.
• Guide evaluation and optimization of intricate business processes.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions.
• Communicate with IT teams and internal stakeholders to identify system enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
• Serve as a functional SME for the Oracle Purchasing and Expense module, including configuration, upgrade management, and operational support.
• Provide hands-on leadership for the RSSP rollout across Procurement, Technology, and functional stakeholders.
• Manage integration of TYSYS and newly acquired companies into the Oracle platform, including requirements validation, design, testing, and cutover support.
• Support process assessment, system compatibility / feasibility, and onboarding management.
• Oversee data validation and data conversion for purchasing transactions.
• Deliver end-user training on FIS processes and tools.
• Lead and execute functional, regression, and UAT system testing cycles tied to quarterly Oracle patch deployments and new features.
• Support catalog management activities, including setup, maintenance, and data-quality monitoring.
• Oversee purchasing data management, including accuracy, governance, uploads, and alignment with upstream/downstream systems.
• Partner with Sourcing, AP, Finance, and Supplier Management teams across the Source to Pay lifecycle.
• Develop into the primary SME for Oracle Purchasing integrations across the Source to Pay ecosystem.
• Serve as support SME for Fairmarkit, Sirion, Beeline, and other core platforms.
• Support process re-engineering and platform harmonization initiatives.
• Contribute to roadmap planning for procurement technology and operational improvements.
