Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced software professional to analyze, design, develop, maintain, and improve business processes and software across the assigned area.

You will interpret business requirements to craft technical solutions, mentor internal customers and teammates, and lead moderate-to complex projects while coordinating with outside vendors. Strong SQL/Java/Python and Oracle/EBS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related experience.
• 5-7 years in programming/development.
• Experience with Windows Server, Unix, and Linux.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Python, C#, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, XML.
• Experience with Oracle APEX and Vue.js.
• Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC, Razor, Blazor.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Order Management, Inventory, BOM, WMS).
• Experience with Oracle Transportation Management.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (CI/CD) and Ignition.
• Knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA a plus.
• Soft skills: problem-solving, multitasking, organization, documentation, communication, PM skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; grasp abstract concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, maintain, and improve business processes and corresponding software applications for the assigned area
• Develop, implement, and maintain business software applications and interfaces within specified time frames
• Interpret business requirements and strategy to create technical solutions using independent judgment
• Provide ongoing information, support, mentoring, and training for internal customers, team members, and IT
• Test and debug complex application systems for accuracy, standards compliance, requirements fulfillment, and acceptable response times
• Document application systems and procedures, including test scripts, LDRP, maintenance, process, training, and customer documentation
• Ensure compliance with department standards and proper handoff to the testing team
• Technically lead moderate- to complex-level projects and provide direction to team members and internal customers
• Work with outside technology vendors as required
• Prioritize work according to management guidance and organizational needs while meeting timelines
• Provide guidance and mentor others in Wells Application technology

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT related discipline or related experience
