Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Business/Systems Analyst with deep Oracle EBS R12 expertise in logistics and distribution to drive end-to-end processes, optimization, and integration with Oracle Fusion and cloud platforms.

You will translate business needs into functional requirements, lead UAT and cutover activities, and coordinate across IT, operations, and vendors to ensure compliant, scalable ERP solutions across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• At least 8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Integration Analyst
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 (on-premise)
• Functional expertise in logistics and distribution, including inventory and warehouse operations
• Excellent requirements-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across business, technical, and vendor teams
• Experience supporting large, complex, multi-region projects
• Working knowledge or exposure to Oracle Fusion preferred
• Experience implementing or supporting warehouse automation preferred
• Background in medical, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries preferred
• SCRUM or Agile workflow experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle EBS R12 in logistics and distribution-focused modules, including inventory, Shipping/Receiving, Transportation, and Trade Compliance
• Provide cross-functional knowledge of end-to-end flows across Oracle EBS Manufacturing, Order Management, and Planning modules
• Support coexistence and integration strategies involving Oracle Fusion and other cloud platforms
• Contribute to long-term ERP planning and roadmap design
• Translate business and operational needs into functional and integration requirements
• Provide technical awareness and guidance during design, testing, and deployment
• Lead User Journey activities and requirements documentation using structured methodologies
• Produce functional requirement documents, integration specifications, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria
• Support UAT, defect triage, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization
• Ensure systems and integrations meet regulatory and compliance requirements and SDLC/VLMS processes
• Lead and support large-scale global and regional initiatives, including warehouse standups, WMS/WCS implementations, automation equipment integration and activation, and process standardization across regions
• Serve as a functional and technical bridge between business operations, IT, and third-party vendors
• Report to the Senior Manager, Business Applications as part of the Information Technologies team
