Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced procurement leader to develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals. You will oversee complex procurement projects from initiation to completion and mentor a team of procurement professionals.

You will identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and leverage technology to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in procurement and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex procurement projects
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen
• In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements
• Candidate must be a U.S. person under U.S. export control laws and regulations
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• No current work visa sponsorship
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

• Report directly to the Senior Procurement Buying Manager
