Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Manager, Oracle PPM & Project Accounting Applications to lead enterprise projects costing, billing, revenue recognition, and project financial management across our global business.

Reporting to the Director of Project Administration and Financial Systems, this role will own the reliability, support, enhancement roadmap, and continued modernization of Oracle Projects / Oracle PPM, related reports and interfaces, and custom project-management applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years in enterprise project apps, incl 3+ years in leadership.
• Deep experience with project-costing, project-billing, revenue, burdening, cross-charge.
• Experience leading a system implementation and post-production stabilization.
• Experience owning production app support including incidents and changes.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for Oracle Projects/PPM and related project-accounting processes.
• Lead internal teams and manage delivery quality across resources.
• Own stability, security, performance, and supportability of project applications.
• Lead implementations, migrations, major enhancements, and go-lives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and test cases.
• Partner with technical teams on integrations and data architecture.
• Maintain a 12-month roadmap and contribute to modernization.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve user experience.
• Support projects across multiple business groups and locations.
• Manage delivery partners and vendors with SLAs.
