Senior Oracle EPM Manager

Job summary

Codex is seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM leader in Morris County, NJ to own architecture, upgrades, and governance across planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting. You will partner with Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver a scalable, secure, and high-performing EPM platform.

You will lead a team of EPM administrators, developers, and analysts, drive the roadmap, ensure data integrity, automate workflows, and align the system with broader technology standards to support growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience with Oracle EPM, including Oracle Cloud Planning (PBCS/EPBCS).
• Experience leading technical teams and/or large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Strong expertise across Oracle Planning, application administration, business rules, calculations, security, integrations, and EPM Automate.
• Experience with FCCS, EDMCS, Data Management, SmartView, Financial Reporting, and Essbase tools.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SQL, and scripting technologies such as PowerShell or Python.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Oracle EPM architecture, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and alignment with broader technology standards.
• Lead Oracle EPM upgrades, testing, deployments, and ongoing platform administration.
• Partner with Finance leadership to define and deliver the Oracle EPM roadmap and future enhancements.
• Design and oversee integrations between Oracle EPM and ERP systems, including automated data loads and workflow automation.
• Lead and develop a team of EPM administrators, developers, and technical analysts.
• Drive governance, compliance, data integrity, and change management processes across the platform.
• Identify automation and optimization opportunities to improve planning, forecasting, reporting, and finance operations.
