Job summary

Avis Budget Group seeks a Senior Manager, Financial Systems - Oracle EPM to lead the Oracle EPM technical architecture, drive upgrades, and partner with Finance and IT for scalable planning, consolidation, and reporting. This role requires 8–10+ years of Oracle EPM experience and strong leadership.

You'll guide admins and developers, ensure SOX compliance, and advance automation using EPM Automate, REST APIs, and scripting, while aligning with the corporate roadmap and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of Oracle EPM experience, including Oracle Cloud Planning (PBCS/EPBCS).
• Experience leading technical teams or enterprise implementations.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Planning (PBCS/EPBCS) and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall Oracle EPM technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and alignment with enterprise technology standards.
• Evaluate new Oracle EPM features and cloud updates, assessing business impact and adoption strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Oracle EPM administrators, developers, and technical analysts.
• Lead platform upgrades, patch testing, regression testing, and production deployments.
• Partner with Finance leadership to define and prioritize the Oracle EPM roadmap.
• Design and oversee integrations between Oracle EPM and ERP systems
• Build and maintain automated data loads using EPM Automate, Data Integration, REST APIs, and scripting technologies.
• Monitor integration performance and resolve data integrity issues.
• Establish governance for metadata, hierarchies, and master data changes.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, and change management standards.
• Manage relationships with Oracle and vendors; drive continuous improvement.
