Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a senior-level project accounting professional to provide financial expertise to project managers and teams across infrastructure and energy programs in the United States.

The role involves building project budgets, conducting margin analysis, funding in Oracle, and coordinating with Billing for accurate invoicing while ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or proven equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of post-education accounting and contracts experience.
• Ability to lead project accounting processes end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Support project accounting activities for a portfolio of projects, monitoring budgets and costs.
• Analyze project performance and ensure accurate revenue recognition and invoicing.
• Create and manage project budgets, funding in Oracle, and cost transfers.
• Prepare project financial reports and present findings to management.
• Collaborate with Billing and Project Managers for pre-billing reviews and approvals.
