Job summary

EY seeks an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into Oracle Utilities MDM solutions (C2M/CCS) for client engagements. You’ll design, configure, test, resolve issues, and coach junior team members within a diverse, high-performing EY environment.

Required: Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years in Oracle Utilities implementations (MDM, C2M or CCS), strong business analysis and communication. Travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Deep understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• At least 3 years in Oracle Utilities implementations; MDM/C2M/CCS preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Knowledge of requirements, configuration, testing and defect resolution.
• Ability to work with customers and across departments.
• Experience supporting business process change and client communications.
• Strong IT and business consulting knowledge.
• Excellent business analysis, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and deliver Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Identify, document and validate business needs and requirements.
• Align functional workstreams with client direction and timelines.
• Lead discovery, design sessions and document outputs.
• Develop functional designs for RICE objects and data conversions.
• Manage risks, issues and deliverables; coach junior team members.
