Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into functional Oracle Utilities MDM solutions (C2M/CCS). You will work with client stakeholders and EY teams to support design, configuration, testing, issue resolution and knowledge transfer, while coaching junior members in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

You’ll contribute to high-quality delivery and participate in a flexible, hybrid model with 75% travel as needed, supporting complex digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Utilities implementations, with in‑scope experience in Oracle MDM, C2M or CCS preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework and related delivery activities.
• Strong business analysis, process facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Oracle MDM functional solutions.
• Document, validate and align business needs with client direction and timelines.
• Configure base system and RICE objects; support testing and defect resolution.
• Facilitate workshops, design decisions and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Manage functional scope, risks and issues; support delivery leadership.
