Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to support client engagements by translating business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Utilities MDM and CCS. You'll work with client stakeholders and EY teams on design, configuration, testing, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer, while coaching junior colleagues.

A Bachelor’s degree is required, with at least 3 years’ Oracle Utilities experience. Willingness to travel up to 75% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Designs and configures Oracle Utilities MDM solutions meeting client requirements.
• Identify and document business needs and functional requirements with client stakeholders.
• Coordinate functional workstreams with client delivery timelines.
• Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, and design sessions.
• Support testing, defect resolution, and knowledge transfer.
• Coach junior team members and maintain an inclusive, high-performing environment.
