Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to support delivery in the US market. You’ll translate business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Utilities MDM and CCS, collaborating with client stakeholders and EY project teams to drive design, configuration, testing, and knowledge transfer.

You’ll coach junior team members, manage functional scope, and help create high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong business analysis skills.
• 3+ years in Oracle Utilities implementations (MDM, C2M or CCS).
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Proven ability to collaborate with clients and teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document business needs and functional requirements for Oracle Utilities MDM.
• Align functional workstreams with client direction and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, and design sessions.
• Design and configure application software.
• Support testing and resolution of defects during implementation.
• Coach junior team members and mentor project resources.
