- 4–7+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology.
- Strong experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and related HR processes.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into docs.
- Experience leading requirements discussions and process mapping with users.
- Experience taking changes from intake through testing and rollout.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a functional SME for Oracle Cloud HCM and HR processes.
- Meet with business users to understand problems, goals, gaps, and system needs.
- Translate requirements into documents for the technical team.
- Lead functional testing and user acceptance testing with clear sign‑offs.
- Map current and future‑state processes for Oracle HCM and related systems.
- Guide stakeholders through intake, testing, rollout, and adoption.
