Switch is seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst to own Oracle Cloud HCM functionality, collaborating with HR and business users to define requirements and drive solutions across intake, testing, rollout, and adoption.

The role emphasizes process improvement over hands-on configuration and requires partnering with technical teams to implement effective HR processes. You will lead testing and maintain documentation, supporting HR data flows.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7+ years of relevant HRIS/people systems experience.
• Strong Oracle Cloud HCM functional experience.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into documented functional and technical requirements.
• Experience leading requirements discussions and process-mapping sessions with business users.
• Experience taking system or process changes from intake through requirements, testing, and rollout.
• Ability to evaluate business needs and recommend solutions without relying on hands-on system configuration.
• Experience working with technical teams responsible for system configuration, development, or integrations.

• Be the functional SME for Oracle Cloud HCM and HR processes.
• Meet with business users to understand problems, goals, gaps, and system needs.
• Translate requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Evaluate requests and recommend practical process or system solutions.
• Map current and future-state processes for Oracle HCM workflows.
• Guide stakeholders through intake, requirements, testing, rollout and adoption.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are delivered as intended.
• Lead functional testing and user acceptance testing, including test scenarios and sign-off.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to make HR processes clearer and more consistent.
• Maintain functional requirements, process documentation, decisions, and related records.
