Job summary

CSC is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud specialist to design, implement, and improve HR cloud solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to architect, develop, test, and release features, while troubleshooting and resolving issues with Oracle support when needed.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with HCM Cloud modules, multiple integration tools, and security. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for delivering robust HR solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle HCM integrations.
• Experience supporting or implementing one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, Time and Labor, Absence Management).
• Hands-on with HCM tooling including HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, OIC, Fast Formulas, Workflows, Alerts.
• Automate repetitive HR processes using AI/ML features and Oracle HCM capabilities.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to deliver technical solutions.
• Experience developing integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party vendors.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud data model, SQL, PL/SQL & Java.
• Knowledge of web service development with SOAP and REST.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud security.
• Strong listening skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative and inquisitive by nature; excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's Degree in CS or Software Development.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud expertise to provide solutions and implement enhancements to existing processes and integrations.
• Work with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and interact with cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.
• Troubleshoot issues and determine root causes with tenacity.
• Collaborate with Oracle development to escalate and resolve issues.
• Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions.
• Support planning, scoping, and creation of technical solutions for new product capabilities through to production delivery.
• Drive common vision, practices, and capabilities across the team.
• Provide expertise related to reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
