The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, can lead and mentor, and will support year-end payroll activities and W-2 processing within a complex enterprise setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll experience.
• Experience as a techno-functional consultant, lead, architect, or senior resource.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize payroll processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll SME for the Payroll Technology team.
• Provide technical and functional support for Oracle HCM Payroll issues and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot payroll processing, accounting, reporting, and system issues.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend best practices for Oracle HCM Payroll.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement payroll solutions.
• Advise leadership on Oracle HCM functionality, limitations, risks, and alternatives.
