RM Advisory Services is seeking a senior Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll professional to lead the enterprise transition from PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. The role requires designing, configuring, testing, data conversion, integration, reporting, cutover, and go-live support in a complex, unionized environment.

You will collaborate with business users, IT teams, and Oracle to deliver solutions, manage issues, and ensure successful payroll processing across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required with CPP certification.
• Minimum four years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

• Lead functional design and configuration across Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
• Support full implementation lifecycle including data conversion and cutover activities.
• Develop reporting using SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher; integrate with external systems.
