Job summary

Huron is seeking an Associate to support Oracle Cloud Financials implementations for clients in the United States. You will work with senior team members to design future-state processes, configure systems, test, and train end users while contributing to conversions and integrations with Oracle AI solutions.

The role emphasizes client-facing work, analytical problem-solving, and continuous learning, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Oracle ERP Cloud certifications (or progress toward them) are a plus
• Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare or higher education industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery
• Partner with clients to design future-state business process and functional solution design
• Execute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training/end-user support
• Partner with technical teams to guide design and testing of conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions
• Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and build technical/functional expertise
