Eliassen Group seeks a Sr. Engineer to lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and enterprise HR integration efforts.

Remote to start, with eventual hybrid work; candidate must be within commuting distance of Bellevue, WA; Madison, NJ; New York City (Union Square); or Boston (Back Bay) for onsite three days a week. This contract-to-hire role includes a comprehensive benefits package and a target conversion within six months.

Formación

• 10+ years of enterprise application engineering or integrations experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, OIC, HCM APIs, HDL/HSDL, and security.
• REST APIs, SOAP, middleware, iPaaS, SFTP, event-driven integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, support, and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations.
• Serve as technical lead and escalation point for HCM integration issues.
• Architect and support integrations with payroll, benefits, and enterprise systems.
• Provide architecture reviews, testing oversight, and release support.
• Establish CI/CD, documentation, automated testing, and runbooks.
• Mentor engineers and promote operational excellence.
• Support roadmap planning, vendor management, and delivery.
• Participate in Agile processes and Jira reporting.
