Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Engineer for Oracle HCM Integrations to lead Oracle HCM Cloud and enterprise HR integrations. Remote to start, with eventual hybrid work requirements near Bellevue, WA; Madison, NJ; NYC; or Boston for onsite collaboration.

The role provides architecture leadership, production support, and engineering oversight across HR, payroll, benefits, and related platforms. Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, OIC, APIs, and HDL/HSDL is essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise application engineering or integrations.
Expertise with Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
REST/SOAP integrations, middleware, and file transfers.
Strong enterprise architecture and design experience.
Production support, incident management, and RCA proficiency.
Experience with Agile, Jira, CI/CD, and release management.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, support, and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations.
Serve as technical lead and escalation point for HCM integration issues.
Architect and support integrations with payroll, benefits, and other systems.
Provide architecture reviews, code reviews, testing oversight, and deployment support.
Establish CI/CD, source control, monitoring, and release practices.
Develop runbooks and knowledge transfer initiatives.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Security, IT, and vendors.
Mentor engineers and promote engineering standards and operational excellence.
Support roadmap planning, vendor management, and delivery execution.
Participate in Agile processes and Jira reporting.
